- Our client was awarded four-times his medical bills in a settlement after a fall in a hole in a parking lot.
- Our client was hit from the side in an auto accident with low property damage and no on-scene evident injuries. The insurance companies offered a low settlement amount so we filed suit. Ultimately, we negotiated a settlement for policy limits from the liability insurance company and a significant settlement amount from the underinsured motorist insurance company.
- In a case of mother and daughter pedestrians vs. motor vehicle, our clients suffered soft-tissue and emotional injuries. After persistent negotiations, mom received three-times her medical bills and her daughter was awarded eight times her medical bills.
